Abstract: Objective The blood group serological specificity of the anti-Mur was detected before the blood transfusion, and its clinical significance was analyzed. Methods saline and micro-column gel assay were employed to screen and identify the irregular antibodies of RBC blood type. The absorption and elution assay was used to detect the specificity and the Ig classification of antibody. Results The anti-Mur was detected in the serum from all of 6 patients. Conclusion The anti-Mur appears higher frequency in the south of Fujian,so the screening of anti-Mur and Miltenberger phenotype can assure the safety of blood transfusion.
