摘要： 目的应用受试者工作特征曲线（Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve,ROC）分析评价血清肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原（Carcino Embryonic Antigen,CEA）、糖类抗原199 （Cytokeratins199,CA199）、糖类抗原724（Cytokeratins 724,CA724）和铁蛋白（Fre）在胃癌诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法采用化学发光法对胃癌组216例、健康人群组104例的血清CEA、CA199、CA724、Fer四项肿瘤标志物进行检测及统计学分析。结果CEA、CA199、CA724、Fer在胃癌组显著高于健康人群组。结论CEA、CA199、CA724和Fer对胃癌的诊断均有一定临床价值,不同分期各有特点,联合检测有利于提高对胃癌诊断的敏感性。

Abstract: Objective Using receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve to evaluate the serum tumor markers of carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）, carbohydrate antigen/cytokeratins199（CA199）, carbohydrate antigen/cytokeratins724（CA724）, and iron protein （Fer） in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods The CEA, CA199, CA724, and Fer markers were detected with chemiluminescence, the data were statistically analyzed in216cases of gastric cancer, 104healthy persons. Results The CEA, CA199, CA724, Fer in the patients with gastric cancer were significantly higher than those of healthy group. Conclusion The CEA, CA199, CA724, and Fer have certain significance in the diagnosis of gastric cancer, vary with disease stages. A combined detection is beneficial to improve the sensitivity of diagnosis of gastric cancer
